 How to prepare Berry Oat Breakfast smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup of milk (more as needed)
1/2 cup of frozen berries
3 tablespoon  of honey ( or to taste)
1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt or greek yogurt 
1/4 cup of ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender. Cover tightly and pulse until ice is broken up, then puree until smooth.
Taste and add sweeter if  needed or milk if it is too thick .serve immediately.
You can use a combination of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, even strawberries would be amazing too.
The whole process will only take but not more than 5 minutes to prepare for yourself, friends and family a very nutritious smoothie.
